Sarah, a Level 3 Gong Practitioner, invites you to experience a transformative sound immersion. Through powerful vibrations of the gong, you will release stagnant energy, clear blockages, and reconnect with a sense of inner balance. 

Allow the sound to resonate deeply, working on a cellular level to promote relaxation, improve sleep, and encourage the release of endorphins and dopamine. This immersive experience will also help to reduce anxiety and any stress in your life, leaving you feeling refreshed, renewed and revived!

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Yoga mat
  • Blanket, bolster, small pillow, eye mask. Anything that makes your experience most comfortable.
  • Please wear comfortable exercise clothes and layers to keep warm.
  • Water bottle and any extra snacks if required.
  • Walking shoes should you want to explore the area.
  • A journal or notebook and pen in case you want to write down any thoughts, feelings experienced after your practice.

FAQ’s

What if I am sick on the day of the retreat and cannot attend?

I do not offer cancellations or refunds with less that 7 days’ notice.

What if I change my mind and need to cancel?

I do not offer cancellations or refunds but you can ask a friend or I will actively seek a person to take your place.

If I have an injury, can I still join?

If your injuries prevent you from joining in with the Yoga or Pilates practice, then it is not advisable to join the retreat.

I follow a specific diet for health reasons, can you accommodate me?

Lunch provided will be vegan. We advise bringing your own food should this not suit your needs.

I would love to come but I do not have a car to travel to the venue?

If you need help with travel arrangements let us know once you have purchased your ticket and we can help with organising a lift share.
