Revive HIIT Fusion

High intensity, no repeat fusion workout designed to improve cardio and strength as well as having fun along the way!

Conscious Relaxation

Requires zero effort and allows you to be guided into a deep state of relaxation to reset and recharge.

Daily Plan

Each day has been carefully designed so that over the course of 7 days you have targeted each area of the body. You will develop physically, emotionally and often spiritually over these 7 days.

Just £49.99! And you have access to the program for 12 months.

You will receive a plan for each day, that you can incorporate into your day in a way that suits you. I have suggested timings and when you should practice but it really is up to you! 

You will begin each day with a short meditation practice to ground you, relax you and bring you into a state of clarity to start each day feeling present and ready to go! The physical classes will be different each day and over the course of the week you would have targeted each area of the body! You will not be required to participate in more than 90 minutes of physical movement each day. 

At a minimum, you will need a Yoga Mat. I am here to teach you how to use your body weight to gain strength and improve general fitness.

Over the course of the week the classes will vary from 10 mins to 30 minutes.

This course provides you with a realistic, sustainable and achievable way of working out each day as well as incorporating mindful techniques. With the variety of classes provided you will never become bored, your body will be able to explore new challenges in movement and feel and see both physical and mental health benefits that each practice has to offer you.

  • This class combines, HIIT, the strength of  Pilates and Barre and the flow of Yoga. 
  • It’s fast paced and with no repeats
