Join us for a day to awaken Shakti, the divine cosmic energy that resides in all of us. Through the power of meditation, breathwork, dynamic movement and internal cleansing you will release negative energy and restore balance in your life. On this day, you will be your creator of change.

Rachel will begin your day guiding you through a Shakti Vinyasa Flow, helping you connect to your body and step into your power.

Pauline, a Sharman and the creator of Firestar Therapies will be joining us for the morning and will be taking us on a shamanic healing journey. The journey will focus on energy cleansing and connecting to the power of the feminine energy. The heart chakra can often become blocked by negative thoughts and emotions, if we can remove these blockages we can be filled with love, compassion, forgiveness and acceptance. Unlock your infinite potential and allow yourself to shine like a diamond once more.

A hot lunch will be provided by the brilliant Tansy’s Kitchen.

After lunch we will be joined by the wonderful Steph from Peaceful Pixie Healing. Steph will be guiding you through a sacred sound bath journey with ancient singing bowls, gong and divine healing instruments.

Beyond the observable physical power is something much subtler and more multileveled: Shakti is the innate creativity at the heart of all living things. She’s the life force energy that makes the river flow just as she powers your breath, makes your heart beat, and fires your muscles and neurons. She is often equated with prana (the force within the breath), but she is also the subtle energy that gives rise to prana. Shakti governs our spiritual evolution.
