121 sessions are tailored to you and your specific needs when it comes to Yoga, Mediation or Pilates. You could even have a combo!
Private appointments can be both in-person or via Zoom. For in person classes, you will need to be living in the BH postcode area.

I offer Yoga and Mat Pilates classes, both in person and on demand.
My Yoga classes are here to revitalise you and connect to your inner self. My Pilates classes are designed to invigorate you, help strengthen your connection to the core and to fill you with confidence.
Programs
Just launched – The 7 Day Reboot – ON DEMAND.
The 7 Day Reboot is a combination of Meditation, Yoga, Pilates and HIIT fusion workouts to help carve yourself a new pathway into a world of mindfulness and physical strength.

I invite all pregnant women on an 8 week program who are over the 12 week mark to join me in a Yoga class safe for both 2nd and 3rd trimester.
This class has been created to help you through your pregnancy journey right up until baby arrives. I will provide you will the tools to help relax you both mentally and physically. I will guide you through breath work practice and Yoga asana (poses) whilst incorporating some Pilates exercises.
By bringing this combination together, this class will help you to build strength, increase your mobility and flexibility as well as give you some time to rest and unwind helping you to feel as comfortable as you can throughout your pregnancy.
